Blade & Rose is a leading British children's clothing brand founded in Kendal in the Lake District by Mum Amanda Peffer in 2010. Inspired by her children, Harvey Blade and Issey Rose, Amanda created the original character leggings with playful designs on the bottom – something completely new to the babywear market at the time.
